Energistx calls their buildings re-locatable modular facilities. These units are built from existing ISO shipping containers. Construction of these buildings is 95 % completed in the factory, requiring only the remaining 5% to be completed on site. All units are re-locatable and for a more permanent look, facades are available for the exterior of the unit. Energistx offers multiple forms of the ISO 8’ x 40’ containers, these include:

• 6 person bunk house; 3 bunk beds with 6 mattresses, 6 tall lockers, 3 computer work stations, kitchen equipped with sink, counter, storage, stove, and refrigerator, bathroom including toilet, sink and vanity, and 2 shower stalls.

• Triplex apartment unit; 3 separate apartment units, each unit has 2 beds and mattresses and 1 dresser.

• 9 man bunkhouse; 3 triple bunk beds, 9 mattresses, kitchen equipped with sink, counter, storage, stove, and refrigerator, bathroom with toilet, sink and vanity, and 2 shower stalls.

• 18 man high ceiling bunkhouse; 6 triple bunk beds, 18 mattresses, bathroom with double sink vanity, 1 toilet, and 2 shower stalls, 2 closets and a utility sink.

• 30 man high ceiling bunkhouse; 10 triple bunk beds, 30 mattresses, under bed and overhead storage.

                     All units are sprayed with a white heat resistant paint on the exterior and equipped with hvac, hot water heater, electrical panel, outlets, outdoor water supply, and finished interior materials. Energistx responds to disasters within 24-78 hours. They require at least a 2 year lease and offer custom design and engineering and a lease to own option.
